Just as the ubiquitous, blunt shoulder-sweeping chop was poised to carry the fashion set through the colder months, along comes Karlie Kloss to give the versatile style a shaggy makeover.
Sliced into rocker layers and finished with a tapered, eyelash-grazing fringe, Kloss’s transformative new cut still brushed against her collarbone, serving as a reminder that a fall hair refresh doesn’t require going shorter. The supermodel opted for a ladylike swipe of raspberry lipstick and ’60s-caliber lashes for breakfast at the Ritz in Paris today, but her shag could just as easily channel Kate Moss or Brigitte Bardot with the flick of an eye pencil and a blast of texturizing spray. And isn’t that what a cool-girl do is all about?

Karlie Kloss was spotted Tuesday in Paris filming an ad for Carolina Herrera’s newest Good Girl perfume.
Kloss glowed in a pink mididress and a chic bun. On her feet, the model strutted around the French riverfront in towering black heels. The pointed-toe shoes added to her already 6-foot-2 build as she posed in front of the Eiffel Tower.

In her hands, Kloss held the fragrance bottle shaped very much like the shoes she was wearing except with a bigger, gold heel. A 1-ounce bottle retails for $68.
The product launched in January 2017 with the supermodel as the face of the campaign. The shoe bottle is modeled after a House of Herrera heel.
“Give a girl the right pair of shoes and she can conquer the world,” reads Carolina Herrera’s promotional materials.
Herrera first launched her first perfume, 212, in 1997 and has since become a staple in the industry; Good Girl is one of 22 scents under the brand, and it has been one of the most successful, with the tagline for the product: “It’s so good to be bad.”
Kloss took time during and after the shoot to pose with fans in the midst of the craziness that is Paris fall ’18 Haute Fashion Week. She has been seen all around the city, sitting front-row at Dior and closed the show for Dundas.

Karlie Kloss Shares Her Secret Energy-Boosting Smoothie Recipe Backstage at Ralph Lauren
February 18, 2016 by Monica Kim
“I might not look good in this light!” That’s Karlie Kloss, backstage at Ralph Lauren, pressed cheek to cheek with Tom Pecheux for a post-makeup selfie. The idea that Kloss would look bad in any light is, of course, absurd, but today the supermodel looks particularly fresh-faced, despite the 7:00 a.m. call time—with the kind of flawless complexion that cannot be created with bronzer alone.
“I haven’t been sleeping as much as I would like,” she confesses. So what’s the secret to Kloss’s upbeat mood and ever-present glow? A simple energy-boosting smoothie, blended at her West Village home a few hours earlier, that uses three ingredients and takes all of two minutes to prepare: Frozen bananas, a little bit of almond milk, and a dash of protein powder. “When you start the day running out the door, it’s nice to have something with substance,” Kloss says, taking a sip from the clear plastic cup. “It’s super quick. Frozen bananas alone, actually, blended are amazing, but you can add a little almond milk and protein powder, then you are good to go!”
As for the Zen attitude she maintains throughout New York Fashion Week, Kloss has been relying on Headspace, a guided meditation app that leads you through brief focused breaths and mindfulness exercises. “I always stick in my headphones when I’m in hair and makeup and take 10 minutes for myself,” she explains. “It’s really nice to be able to center yourself and have a little peace of mind.” Sound advice to take with you to London Fashion Week and beyond.
